Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns
For orders not yet shipped:
Refunds and cancellations are available, please contact us with your order number and reason for cancellation. This does not apply to pre-order items! ><
All pre-order items are subject to manufacturer availability. If out of stock, full refund will be provided.
For orders already shipped/delivered:
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns after an order is delivered unless:
- Wrong items were sent
- Major defects/damages to the items due to packaging issues
If this was the case, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Orders/Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–2 weeks.
During busy times or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but I’ll do my best to ship as soon as possible!
Preorder items should have an estimated arrival date in their item descriptions; they will be shipped as soon as possible after they arrive.
Note:
Shipping times do not include carrier transit time.
What are preorders?
Preorder items are not in stock at the time of purchase. Estimated arrival dates are listed in the product description and may change due to manufacturer or shipping delays.
Changing Shipping Address
If your order has not been shipped yet, please reach out as soon as possible and we can change the address for you.
Please also include your:
- Name
- Order Number
Along side of your new address.
International Shipping?
Unfortunately, I only ship within the U.S. as of now ><
I may add international shipping in the future if things go smoothly!
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier if this happens ><
Goods
Are blind box items opened?
Blind box items that are being sold individually are opened to confirm the character/design before shipment. All items are otherwise brand new and unused.
If you purchase a blind box item with a randomly selected design, I will not open it beforehand to ensure that it is fair!
Will items have minor imperfections?
Due to the manufacturing process, minor imperfections (small scratches, paint variations, or packaging wear) may occur. These are considered normal and do not qualify as defects unless they significantly affect the item.
Are your items authentic?
Yes. All items sold in this shop are official and authentic. I do not sell bootlegs or counterfeit goods.
